What’s a Superfood?

 

Simply put, “Superfoods have extra-large doses of vitamins and minerals that can help us ward off diseases and live a longer, healthier life,” according to Despina Hyde,
a registered dietician with the weight management program at New York University’s Langone Medical Center.

On top of adding these Superfoods*, our smoothies are like none other in town! We start with fresh milk – almond or coconut milk – which we make in-house from raw almonds and fresh, raw coconuts. Next we use real fruit and raw ingredients. Finally, we complete the nutritional fusion with natural supplements.

Smoothies can be sweetened with either organic agave or date pieces, or for an additional charge, you can enjoy nutrient dense, lower glycemic pure, organic date syrup!
